The formula to physical and mental well being is no secret; increase physical activity, eat better, and develop a positive and powerful mindset. The problem is that life is busy and we all wear many hats; father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter, friend, employer, employee, and so on. Add onto that time to drive to the gym, research what food to eat, meal prepping, taking time to read a book…the things we should be making time for actually become barriers for us.
